Where is my order?

You can track your order through our [Track Order] page. Please note that during our seasonal inventory update (Feb 10 – Feb 24), orders will remain in "Processing" status and will begin shipping on February 25th.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast! Once an order is placed, we usually begin processing it immediately. Please email us at valemyf@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase if you need to make changes.
Where do you ship from?

To ensure the fastest delivery for our customers:

  • US Orders: Shipped directly from our domestic warehouses in the United States.
  • UK & International: Shipped from our international distribution hubs.
    Our creative design studio is proudly based in Ambato, Ecuador.
How long will delivery take?

USA: 5–15 business days.

UK: 7–20 business days.

Note: Orders placed during our February update are guaranteed to arrive by March 6th, 2026.
Will I have to pay customs duties?

US customers typically do not pay import fees. For UK and international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that for international orders (outside of USA/Ecuador), shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
How do I start a return?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a specific Size Guide. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own to ensure the perfect fit.
How should I care for my Valemy pieces?

To maintain the quality and longevity of our fabrics, we recommend cold washes and air drying for most of our collections. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner label of each garment.
