At Velanor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
- No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
How to Return
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at valemyf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Pack your items securely with the return authorization number included.
Step 4: Ship the package using the provided return label or your preferred carrier.
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (Ecuador): We provide free return shipping labels for all domestic returns.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at valemyf@gmail.com.
Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your returned item. We'll ship your new item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at valemyf@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
