Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (Ecuador)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
